Album Notes
Stanley Alleyne started playing Steel Drum at age 8 in his native Tobago. In Tobago he played with The Boys Steel Band for four years. He also played with Tropical Rainstorm, Caribbean Superstars and The Islanders. Stanley moved to Seattle in 1976 from Tobago and has been living and playing in the US and Canada. He has also formed his own band Flambeau that he plays with when not soloing.
He has played for Microsoft, Amazon, Everett Golf and Country Club, Sandpoint Golf, Country Club and many other companies, events and organizations in the Pacific Northwest. When not doing special events Stanley plays occasionally at Casuelitas Caribbean Cuisine
He has opened for Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear and Third World to name a few.
