Album Notes
The album is based on Mrejo's personal journey through challenging times in the business. It is titled ‘1000 Reflections’ as a metaphor to someone looking at himself on a shattered mirror. This project is a personal look at the ups and downs he faced on his road to success and will forever communicate messages of hope and inspiration to those following in his footsteps. Mrejo has been perfecting his craft and fighting for his place in the music industry for the past 12 years. The last 3 years of that time saw him begin the first recording of this album and he took his in studio to perfect his art.

Today Mrejo’s musical journey has improved his artwork and he has since been regarded as a motswako lyricist of note by the likes of DJ Lemonka, DJ HK, HHP and Zola. Namibian’s well-traveled international singer Elemotho, was thrilled by Mrejo’s music as well and he vowed to write a song for Mrejo. He wishes to collaborate with Mrejo in future.

"I had an exclusive preview of the album. It is really unique and a breath of fresh air into the local hip hop scene. A real international taste with a South African signature on it" - Unathi Memela, journalist -

"The album is nice and balanced" - KG, Lesedi FM
