Album Notes
“Maybe Christmas, he thought, doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”
The Grinch by Doctor Suess

For most everyone we know, it's going to be a Whosville Christmas this year. Some people have lost their homes, business, and/or jobs. Some have had bank credit cards reach into their personal bank accounts and wipe them out. Fear swirls around us like sharks in a frenzy. Tension is high. Budgets are tight.

Now Christmas is coming! Now is the time we have to be even more stressed, because friends, family, and children are expecting gifts! And gifts just might break us this year IF we can even afford to purchase gifts at all.

For those of us who are feeling the crunch this Season, we should step back and look at this Christmas objectively and without reaction. We should concentrate on being grateful for each other, that we’re still standing, and we can make it through this time together!

Mistletoe Kisses© is a fun, up tempo, Country Christmas song that is sung by David James Webb out of Nashville, TN, and was written by Peggi Speers, Libby Stanton, and Ricc Sandoval.

“Christmas has become too commercialized and we wanted to stress that the most precious gifts at Christmas time are the presence of each other,” states Libby.

“Most of us have gone through rough times whether it has been wars, illnesses, the Great Depression, etc. If we are living here on Earth, most likely we will have to weather the tidal waves of life; the goal is to not only survive these times, but to become a stronger, more compassionate, kinder human being as well.”

Christmas reminds us to love one another. We encourage everyone to give the gift of three little words to all of your friends and family members this Christmas no matter what you are going through. Those three words are, “I love you!”

May Mistletoe Kisses© bring you back to "I love you!"
