ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The follow up to a highly prized debut release "Embrace it".
Mutavi has matured as a lyricist, and continues to sharpen his focus on injustices in the world, both politically and personally. The new CD entitled M.U.T.A.V.I. is so hot that distribution in his own country was denied to him because the fear of the truth he speaks. Mutavi was simply told "We do not handle propoganda", reminds one of a certain artist named Bob Marley. So what is so volatile in this music that his home country turned him away? Simply stated, the truth, yet no names are mentioned, or even suggested. Nonetheless, his Reggae continues to pour across Africa like wine. Fear of uprisings and perhaps other forms of civil disobedience are anchored deep in the minds of those in power. Listen for yourself. The truth will never be denied.
