ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The current Myllhouse line-up started in 2002. Although they had only been playing as a band for about a month, Myllhouse's 2nd show with new members Kim Hisson and Ashley Lucas was in Decmber of 02' at the Metro in Chicago. Since then Myllhouse has battled problem after problem, including losing drummers, switching positions, and not being able to release their CD until 6 months after is was finished! But still they forge ahead. With an incredible album and a live show that will kick your ass, Myllhouse has become one of the most unique bands in Chicago, playing a breed of rock & roll that only they could pull off. The music is as catchy as it can be, and will rock you all night long! Dave Dewar is by far one of the tightest, most skilled drummers that anyone has ever seen. Ashley Lucas is a hot lead singer with an attitude, and Dave Bovyn is the glue that holds everything together, serving as the main songwriter and splitting the lead vocals with Miss Lucas. Kevin Haak, serving as the lead guitarist, plays some of the smoothest riffs you'll ever hear, while still keeping the crowd into it with his aggressive stage antics. Last but not least, bass player Gordon Walsh is definetly the feel good man of the band. With a smile on his face just about 24 hours a day, you'd never guess the deep mind blowing bass parts in Myllhouse's music were coming from him!

Great cd that changes up from the usual stuff you hear. A very good cd, something you can listen to over and over again.
