Album Notes
Hi, and thanks for checking out our album! We're Corbett and Grace (partners/spouses/rockers), and we made this album so there would be more awesome, intricate melancholy music in the world. We collaborate with Michael Jay Caskey (aka Bunnie Patootie), and we also flew in his longtime bassist James Simonson from Detroit to put the heaviest guns possible on these tracks. It was recorded at The Drake in Chicago by Anthony Gravino with help from Michael Jay Caskey, and the funky guitar you hear on 'Again' is the work of L.A.-based rocker Brendan Byrnes.
This album took us four years to finish, because we were so busy with life, running two companies, making a feature film (The Other One- theme song of which is track 6, The Falls). But we're so happy you can hear it now, and we hope you enjoy it and spread the word! We do NOT generally like touring or playing in bars, and we're over trying to make a living from music- we make our money other ways (that we love), and all we want is for people to be able to hear the music if they would enjoy it. Thanks!
Team Lunsford
