The Fire Dragon Suite

by Dada Nabhaniilananda

Here's a collection of my early songs with a more acoustic sound than my later recordings - many listeners like it for the innocent feel - mostly spiritual songs about my experiences on the path of self discovery - it’s gentle, relaxing stuff.

Andrea Muscat

melodic Vibrant compositions that leave you yearning for more.
surprisingly original lyrics that have such a deep spirtual message to the innerself, especially the universal mantra is sung with such passion. The music initially sounds like Nick Drake but not melancholic,in fact it negates depressive moods and the melodies vibrate such a feeling of love that you never tire of listing to it consecutively.

John Garrido

Timeless songs of love and light
With his music Dada takes us to a special space, one of innocence and wonder in which he shares with us his deep mystical awakenings.
Melodic and stirring, these beautiful songs offer a beacon of light and hope to today's troubled world.

Teach the Heart to Sing
This is a great album - as a teacher I use it in class to engage kids in issues. They love the liveliness of Dada's style and become thoughtful over his lyrics. 1000 Cranes, for instance, is a great one for Hiroshima day as it links in so well with the story. Opens up our hearts - adult and child - and this is when the real learning can begin! Recommend all Dada's albums for their depth and links to personal, social and spiritual activism.

Really inspiring music
I have heard Dada's music for over 25 years, and this is a classic. Well worth a listen.

Buy this Disc!!
I know the artist and have heard his music both live and on disc. The music is awesome and sends shivers down my spine. The lyrics are deep and meaningful and so the music is a very stimulating enjoyable spiritual experience. The artist is unique and hard to compare but if you like music along the lines of Oliver Shanti or Buddha Bar, you'll love this.

This music is really fantastic . The energy and hope that it carries is great .
The energy and hope that it carries is great . This is one of the best music i have listened to recently that touches me deeply. it is like listening to both Krsna das and Jai Utal simultanously.

Bill Williams

Reminiscent of Simon & Garfunkle or Donovan, it captures a feeling of a mellower
This album has an atmosphere of starry-eyed innocence and a sense of wonder. It captures the feeling of an era that many are nostalgic for, reminiscent of Simon and Garfunkle or Donovan. The songs that stand out for me are The Fire Dragon, Dewdrop in the Dawn, Winter's End, 1,000 Cranes and Winds of Change. The somewhat low-fi production is actually a plus.

Denise Deshaies

Fire Dragon is one of my favorite CDs... there is a timeless quality to the lyrics - it is rare to find such poetic songs

Donald Moore

A soul stirring composition that rallies my conscience
I found myself inspired to reach out to people in need after hearing not only the lyrics but the passion with which the song has been delivered to my heart. I long to hear more from this compelling song writer.

John Crowe

Music for the Spiritual Traveller
For those looking for a musical accompaniment to their spiritual journey, this album is a must have. Uplifting, lyrical and haunting, Dada's music refreshes the soul and re-invigorates the tired traveller.
