ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Nadav Bachar is a very diverse, very talented musicians. Instrumentalists at the core, Playing Guitar respectively from a very early age, he achieved a high level of musicianship as classically trained musicians, and as time passed and influences grew wider he took his skills to new levels and to new dimensions of production and inspiration.
His previous albums with acclaimed Neo-Klezmer outfit “A Groyse Metsie” included super charged gypsy jewish dance floor bits, Alongside Trip hop versions of Kabbalistic texts from the 16th century and touching acoustic solo pieces…
This album features Chassidic Melodies from about two hundred years ago, wrapped in beautiful acoustic arrangments featuring Bachar’s signature acoustic guitar style with Oren Tsor’s heart piercing violin playing.
To those who seek music that is uplifting in the most spiritual sense, music which transcends trends and even the limitations of time and space…This is the CD for you.
