Album Notes
Led by guitarist/composer Victor Contreras, Nagual members Scott Anderson, Saxophones; Paul Relvas, Bass; Harold Muñiz, Congas; and Ron Ochoa, Drums; and their musical guests, have combined their vast professional musical experience and individual creativity to provide an experience that encourages the listener to transcend into unexplored levels of musical appreciation. All compositions are originals written by Nagual members and also includes two songs written by bassist/composer Kerry Kashiwagi.

The name Nagual comes from a series of books written by Carlos Castaneda, in which Don Juan Matus provides guidance on a Pre-Columbian path of knowledge.
