Album Notes
Nancy Cassidy grew up on a dairy farm in the San Joaquin Valley of California with six brothers and sisters and lots of animals to keep them company. She was a river guide on the Stanislaus River, taking groups of kids exploring the river, caves, and Native American sites, was a potter and helped build a six chambered Japanese Kiln, was a farm girl feeding calves and moving irrigation pipes, worked to save the Stanislaus River from being damned, was a family therapist, a camp director, and had many other fun jobs with kids...including being a mom and PTA President! She loves writing lots of songs and leads Songwriting Artist Retreats in Stanley, Idaho, and enjoys recording them with amazing musicians. Recently, Nancy has been volunteering quite a bit with Bread and Roses performing for people in institutions, including seniors centers, hospitals and schools. ..and she'd love to hear from you, and sing with you...email Nancy at NancyCassidyMusic@gmail.com.
