Album Notes
Nancy Kopman's 4th album of educational, interactive children's music includes songs that teach the days of the week, months of the year, counting, environmental awareness, the moon, how shadows work, breathing for relaxation and even all 50 United States! Nancy's music has been delighting families and educators since her first album, "I Know I'll Grow...." was released in 2009. As always, these songs are designed to get stuck in children's heads, so they learn important information while they practise singing Nancy's catchy songs to themselves.

Easy to listen to, calming music that grown ups will find themselves listening to and singing, with or without kids present!

This is a must have for Childcare Providers!
Children's Performer Nancy Kopman understands the needs of young children, and how to incorporate learning through Music. I recently had a chance to download her new album, and I'm happy to report that Shadow doesn't disappoint. Like her previous Album's; Shadow is upbeat, fun, and educational. It is full of engaging songs that focus on skills, and teaching educational concepts such as the Days of the Week ("7 Days of the Week"), The Months of the Year ("12 Months"), and Positional Words ("In Front/Behind"). Many of these songs would make great additions to circle time or daily transitions. I find that these songs are short enough to be used during circle time without the concern of younger children losing interest. Although these are Children's songs, you'll find as an adult they are pleasant to listen to. One of my favorite songs on this album is "Breath in, Breath out". It is a beautiful, soothing song that would be perfect for your Naptime Transition.
