ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This CD contains many favorites that Nancy has sung with children over the years. Some Early American, some more modern, and many from around the world. Some, like 'Back of the Bus', can help teach some history of our country, while others, like 'Hombre Primitivo', offer a wonderful game she has used in classrooms, grades 4-6. 'Don't you Push Me Down' is an old Woody Guthrie song which can help with behavior issues, and 'Scary Things' is wonderful for Hallowe'en hangovers.
Nancy has been singing folk music with children for over 50 years, with over ten award winning CDs to her credit. Beginning with Early American music, she added songs from around the world to her programs, and has sung in hundreds of libraries, schools, and other venues over the years.
