Conspiracy

by Neal Fox

Mix Pink Floyd, Leon Russell and Cream with controversial New Revolution messages and a taste of Latin beats, and you’ve got an EP worthy of its name. This is just a hint of things to come in the full-length project.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
About the EP

Neal Fox is not an angry man. In fact, he’s rather mellow. He just happens to be concerned about the world. And when he sees things that aren’t right, or seem unjust, he writes about them.

He won two film festival awards for his music video, “F**k the Fed!,” and another video, “The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America,” has hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube. Almost all of his CDs give listeners something to think about. So, taking a cue from Jesse Ventura’s popular show, Conspiracy Theory, Fox decided to take his work to a whole new level.

The Conspiracy Project is much more than a live show and more than a CD. The onstage portion of Conspiracy will be a combination of live performance, videos and art. Following that will be a DVD and graphic novel. Thus the title Project.

After a year’s work, the first stage—the music—is complete. Until now the only ones to hear the songs were people on his mailing list. But to increase awareness of the project, Fox decided to release a three-song EP. So here you have it. Three titles that hint at what’s to come: “How The Game Works,” “Two Planes — Three Buildings”, and “What They Gonna Do To You.”

To follow the Conspiracy Project as it develops, you can join Neal’s mailing list, get freebies and more. He’d be happy to have you onboard.

About Neal Fox

Neal Fox is an activist and award-winning songwriter, filmmaker, and artist who has been writing message driven music for decades. “In the Jungle,” (a 70s Billboard Top Ten Dance Club Hit) denounces the destruction of the Amazon Rainforest. His popular music video “F**k the Fed!” exposes the Federal Reserve System using animated figures of President Bush and “the Supremes” (court judges, that is).

Known for his wry wit, Billboard called him, ”a rueful Randy Newman eccentric” whose “lyrics are a solid plus.” Music Connection said he’s “a veteran tunesmith” able to “conjure virtually any style in the pop music realm.” Fox has never been locked into a genre. He even has a solo piano CD and one that is almost all instrumental. He’s difficult to categorize. But if you like variety—from love songs to human rights, classic rock to rap—and songs that have some meat to them, you’ll enjoy Neal Fox’s music.

A Must Buy!
Neal is one of my favourite artists and has some of the most memorable songs on my play list throughout the years. This latest EP is no exception! Though these three songs are a teaser to a much larger project titled "The Conspiracy Project", they pack a wallop on their own! I cannot wait until the whole project is done and look forward to it with much anticipation. Please help Neal out by purchasing this trio of super tunes and spread the word. Neal's not just an multi-talented artist, but a special man with a special message, he cares about our world, and man, is he FUNNY while doing it! A rare combination, just perfect! Bless you Neal!
