Album Notes
“This album shook my world. It is a gift to humankind. A true gift, to cherish”
Jean-Baptiste Collinet – MUSES MUSE

"Extremely creative & highly original"

“The songwriting is unique and the production is extremely accurate. The arrangements are very rich in style and variety. They really add a sense of mysticism to the entire album.” - Ivan Nossa

A Century of Lullabies by Neil Thomas is a rock solid CD and the production really gets its point across. Again the most amazing thing about this CD is the production brilliance & vision of Neil Thomas. He is clearly a premier talent. Fans of Classic Rock and Alternative Rock will love this CD no doubt.

Markus Druery

A Century of Lullabies is a concept album that charts the progress of the protagonist, one of three people who find a way to cross the mortal divide, in search of answers. Tormented by the death of his twin sibling in the womb, and guided by a mysteriously gifted medium, who shows the three of them a way to the other side, he discovers far more than he bargained for. In an Elyzium where the remnants of the twentieth century lay at rest in preparation for rebirth, he gains an incredible insight into the greater workings of life and the universe and the heinous flaws of mankind.

Rebirth of the concept album
I havent heard anything as detailed and well thought out in a long time. So much music these days is just people copying styles and ideas thats already been done. I dont think this album sounds like genesis or marillion - its got a sound of its own. Its no wonder its had all these rave reviews. I just need to find out if he's recorded any other stuff now - anybody know?

Great Album
This album is fantastic. Keep listening to it on my iPod and it really grows on you. Every song is really well thought out and the lyrics are just brilliant. There's not many people writing stuff as deep and meaningful as this, these days. Dont know why this guy hasnt got a record deal.

Diverse, unique and awesome.
Neil Thomas's album "A Century of Lullabies" fooled me. Judging by the cover I was somewhat expecting a more mellow darker album. Was I ever wrong. Mr. Thomas is one hell of a musician and songwriter and this CD is a gem! It's one of those CDs that keeps getting better every time you hear it and the production is superb. There are wonderful surprised to those that listen beyond the melody and lyrics of this album. Neil offers some cool delay effects on guitar and the drum sounds here are incredible. Beautiful Decay & Witness stood out immediately in the beginning but a few more listens and others jump to the surface. I highly recommend you listen to this and decide for yourself. It's a new fav of mine.

A Century of Lullabies is simply outstanding. Every aspect of this album has been carefully crafted resulting in a musical journey that stays with the listener long after the final track. A must for any music lover.
