We decided to create this album as many people were approaching us advising that they were finding it difficult to find time to meditate due to how busy their life is. In an ideal world, we would be able to strip back on life's complexities and live a simpler existence; however, this isn't always practical.

So, we created '10 Minute Meditations' which consists of 10 short Guided Meditations (10mins in duration); covering all different aspects of Spirituality. Ten minutes of daily meditation is infinitely more beneficial than no meditation at all!

In this short meditation we use the power of white light protection to shield from any unwanted energies and also to heal and cleanse.

In this Guided Meditation Exercise we teach you a technique to release any negative thoughts you may be having. It is a very powerful technique which can be used every day to great effect!


6. Tension Release

Short Guided Visualisation exercise to enhance your extra sensory perceptions. It works on training you to see, hear, feel and taste in your mind and make it your reality.

This training enhances your psychic abilities and practiced over time will help to open your third eye further.
