Album Notes
Positive Body Image for Women is setting a trend amongst women within our modern day society; moving away from the negative pressures to be and look a certain way. Instead, this album aims to help women finally feel good about themselves. It is a truly revolutionary Hypnotherapy and Coaching album aimed at ALL women out there in need of some body confidence! It consists of five beautifully recorded tracks with varying duration to fit in with the contemporary woman.

Track 1: Learn to Love Your Body (Coaching Session). This goes about slowing down the washing machine in your mind. It is a great introduction to those stressful thought patterns we can run and what consciously we can do about reframing this negative internal dialogue and mind-set, which includes how we see ourselves and how we interpret what others think of us. It uses innovative NLP and Coaching techniques to help break those old negative patterns.

Track 2: Body Image Daily Booster. This is a wonderful 10 minute Hypnotherapy booster to be used whenever you need a short pick-me-up or want to instantly feel good about yourself. There are some days you find you only have a few minutes to spare but still want to feel more relaxed and better about yourself, so this is absolutely perfect for those times!

Track 3: Positive Body Image (Daytime). This is a longer Hypnotherapy session to be used during the daytime, which will help you install a new set of beliefs on a much deeper level. Through this deeply relaxing recording, we want to help you develop a little compassion and a kinder voice for your body instead of punishing it.

Track 4: Positive Body Image (Bedtime). This is the same as above but is to be listened to before going to sleep. Not only does it help you drift off into a deeply relaxing sleep but it also helps to install a more positive set of beliefs about your body.

Track 5: Love Your Body Affirmations. This is an immensely powerful Hypnotic affirmation audio. These restorative and confidence-boosting mantras take root in the subconscious, helping to boost your body image. It can be used on the way to work, before a meeting, before picking the kids up from school, when you are feeling a bit lost or whenever you need a bit of motivation.

Music: All guided meditations within this programme include gentle and calming background music to accelerate healing. All tracks have been professionally recorded to the highest quality.
