ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
nine mile road was born in 2005 out of the ashes of the RDU area band fever dog. Craig Barber's original songwriting and the infusion of experienced musicians new to the Raleigh music scene creates a blend of styles that is both refreshing and unique.

nine mile road is a five piece rock unit consisting of multi-instrumentalists that focus on solid musicianship, playing with intensity and feeling.....showcasing songs that you can relate to.

Influences range from the Allman Brothers to Billy Joel, Shawn Mullins and the Stones. Members have performed from Illinois to NY to Florida and even overseas. Individual experiences range from various country, blues, rock and jam bands to solo acoustic outings.
