ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
NOBODY’S PERFECT - TIME ENOUGH

Songs searching for a stage, that’s how it started.
Most of the time I write and play for the tables and chairs in my living room.
A very patient audience, but sometimes you want more. Why not invite musical friends, raise those babies and move them from the couch to a cd?
Most of these songs were written during a one-week holiday in the autumn of 2003 in Lanzarote, with this cd in mind. Music as a personal antidode for a stressed out fucked up 24 hour economy. Written and recorded in a relaxed atmosphere.
Songs about love and life and the lack of one in the other.

Nobody’s perfect is not a band. It’s not a project. You could say it’s a group of musicians and vocalists from the Rotterdam region that tries to capture the musical magic of the moment. I hope you’ll hear it did.
And if you don’t? Well, nobody’s perfect...

Enjoy,
Frank Jan Kat
