Album Notes
"Reminiscent of early Strait, [he] has that wonderful combination of honky-tonk edge and real life depth. A great CD...."
- Brett Beavers, Sony Music
"...a solid album that repeats the success of Norris's first album [Along For The Ride]. Keith is one of today's artists who best represent the fusion between honky-tonk and new country. Without a doubt... an album not to be missed!"
- Cristian Gualandri, Lone Star Time
FOUR big radio hits, countless online plays, chart-topping performances, and a host of critics singing his praises!

Check it out for yourself to see why this Texas-bred country singer, songwriter, entertainer, and musician has been compared to Mark Chesnutt, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Randy Travis, Alan Jackson, and so many other legends.

You'll understand right away why his music is standing alongside contemporaries such as Jamie Richards, Jason Allen, Rick Trevino, Radney Foster, David Ball, Kevin Fowler, Jason Boland, and the Derailers on the Best In Texas charts.

While several songs on Deuce offer classic country themes of love, heartbreak, and the occasional trip to the bar, the album sets itself apart from much of modern country by exploring life’s more difficult issues as well. “Heaven, Hell or Houston” is the tale of a heartbroken man contemplating suicide. “Don’t Try This at Home” is a revealing look at the heavy toll drinking has taken on one man’s family and life.

Cool: Country, edgy, traditional, AND modern in one wrapper!
There's too much great stuff to mention. I've heard his "Too Cool For Horses" on radio, so I looked for the album. He's country, Texas, traditional, edgy, and modern -- all at the same time. This is awesome Country music!

Another winner!!!!
This cd is just as great as Mr. Norris' first one. I fell in love with this man's voice just by listening to a clip of a song. I ordered both of his cds on the strength of that clip and I haven't been disappointed one bit.

just keep being your own man.
i have a copy of the song "on my way to texas" i love it.
i am looking forward to this this cd and texes music in general. keep up the good work.i really don't agree with the comment ,you sound like garth, you sound like your own man.

I like country music and in order to find great country there is no better place than the indie country sites.Keith Norris is an artist that is truly country and better than most who are played on the radio today. If you are looking for a great country artist, and one who keeps it country, then Keith Norris is the CD that should be added to your collection.
