Album Notes
Singer, songwriter and pianist Olufemi Gaskin is a Nigerian based gospel artist known for his musical ingenuity and vocal abilities that does justice to lyrical lines, Olufemi naturally developed the art of singing and writing at a tender age in the church choir, with his sharp ear for music, he started learning and playing the piano on a drawing board, though with no sound, yet the tunes rang audibly in his ears. His New Single “I Go Praise Him” a gospel hip-hop and a rare fusion of Nigerian traditional/western style garnished with a beautiful descant. His previous CD Well Done was a great introduction to european andaerican markets. Olufemi is motivated by great musicians like Marvin Sapp, Fred Hammond and R&B artistes like Luther Vandross and others, as he discovered more of his innate vocal abilities, he is investing same in growing choirs and individual singing ministers and upcoming gospel artistes towards excellent performance.

In 2003 he founded a R&B group called the ‘heroes’ which later metamorphosized into ‘The Complete Union Family Choir’ he presently heads and directs an Ibadan based church choir (NCC) and manages a music outfit called ‘The gravitas’ a school for piano and vocal training.

There is no doubt Olufemi will stand the test of time With God behind him , Christ carrying him and the word thru song preaching the gospel in front of him, OLUFEMI GASKIN will prosper
