Album Notes
2 DVD set.

San Francisco-based electric jazz-rock group OM Trio has plundered its own video vaults to release almost eight hours of its trademark “elevator music for headbangers” across two DVDs.... Pummeling Angle. Improvisational explorations and tight musicianship is on full display, along with illuminating and hilarious footage of life on the road, in the studio, and at the motel.

Shot over the course of several years, the package includes concert clips from multiple venues across the United States and features special guest appearances from members of Umphrey’s McGee, guitar visionary David “Fuze” Fiuczynski, and many others.

‘Twas providence when some drunkard held the camera and pointed it toward the stage or hit record when it was on a tripod. If he was really drunk and put nightshot on, then a green world it was. When we got a decent soundboard, we mixed it in. Otherwise, you know, technical anomalies exist. You can use these two discs as coasters when you're sick of this crap. Also, if you're reading this, thank you.

Praise For Pummeling Angle:
"OM Trio made me dance hard but then I just wanted to watch but I didn't know who to stare at so I left because there was a Widespread Panic movie showing across town" - Some Dude At The Show
