Album Notes
With Wackacon forces gathering on all fronts, Optimus Rhyme returned to their underground sonic laboratory with AutoBeat technician Jack Endino(Nirvana, Soundgarden) to produce their latest manifesto, School the Indie Rockers. Blending sci-fi themes with observations on everyday life, Optimus Rhyme’s second full-length album tackles subject matter ranging from local traffic law to the idiosyncrasies of artificial intelligence.

Optimus Rhyme’s unique style has earned them a spot among the biggest names in nerdcore hip-hop, but they’re not satisfied with ruling geek culture. With this album, Optimus Rhyme is setting their sites squarely on the prize held by the Indie Rock oppressors that have ruled their city for far too long. School the Indie Rockers will become the rallying cry for the next generation of AutoBeat Allies rolling off the assembly line.

Fantastic album and super fast shipping
The cd itself arrived in the mail a mere few days after i ordered it, and it was all the way from the other side of the US! I had stuff i ordered that was based in NY or closer that took longer.

The cd was amazing, very good flow, great songs. Ive been listening to this every night actually haha, its really addictive. I can't wait for more work from them and id gladly buy another cd from them shipped by this store, because it will likely be as amazing as this album i think :D thanks a bunch

Sounds Great!!
I heard "Obey the Moderator" on the rhymetorrents comp and I had to buy the CD.

Makes you ache for a drum kit
You're going to want to have a drum kit after listening to this CD. This makes me want to rhyme. Perfect intro song, perfect outro song, excellent album. Their first frayed thin in some spots, but this one keeps it going.

When I hear people say they don't listen to rap, I want to punch them in the ideals, then throw an Optimus CD in their face.

Don't listen to this album IF:

You like singers who hesitate
You like drummers who don't know what to do
You like guitar lines that forget where they started
You absolutely can't stand any form of rap, because you don't like it when words rhyme, reason or make you nod your head in rhythm.

Listen to this album IF:
You have ever snapped your fingers to anything.
You want to know what Transformers think of the whole damn thing.
You don't mind flipping out and banging your palms on anything within striking distance during the song Sick Day.

Worth it.

Saw them live and loved em.
The cd was great. Great production wise, being as though it was produced by Jack Endino I would expect no less. They sound just as good as they do live!

Awesome all around
Optimus Rhyme rocks hard tasty abs. I love the album and even bought one for a friend as a Christmas gift. And the order process through CD Baby was just so . . . .arrrgg hate to say it: cute. I would buy more of the Optimus and would also order again from CD Baby.

Keep on with the dehydration photosynthesis!!

great improvment from their first cd
all tracks are great and there isnt short fillers like their last cd. this cd is must have.

Optimus Rhyme raps my face off
Autobeat Airbus? Are you kidding me? Who taught this dude to rap that fast? Who taught these dudes to makes beats that tight? I've aquired both albums, can't wait for more; Seattle's music scene never ceases to amaze me. And neither has CD Baby - I mean come on, a follow up email? Word.

The business
Loved the first album but really, really can't recommend this enough.
Currently trying to educate the Isle of Man by driving around playing this very loudly :-)

Short but Good
This CD is very, very good. It feels a bit short to me, but every song is worthwhile.

An excellent second CD, I'd even say a superior successor.

Cant Beat this
Optimus Rhyme cannot be explained. Well actually it can. Imagine mixing Bone Thugs and Harmony with a transformer. This is what Nerdcore is about. True raps about true technology.
