ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The band's aim has always been to deliver good three-minute melodic pop songs. If we've overshot on occasion, it is pure self-indulgence. There is an obvious Beatles influence in the music particularly as Kev's voice is so evocative. He was once described in the Japanese media as "the nearest living thing to John Lennon" - quite an accolade. This album is reminiscent in parts of the Brit pop era but first and foremost delivers great simple pop songs, fine performances and features the 3-part harmony arrangements for which Ouch! are famed. On drums, features Clive Jenner, ex-Lenny Kravitz, Groove Armada, the Freestylers and more recently the Proclaimmers.
