ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
We are an unsigned Hip Hop collective from Maidstone, Kent in South East England. It started with REAL & Soulone who decided to produce the first album titled ‘Stage 1’ back in September 2004, the response was good & we carried on making beats & writing rhymes. We decided to make a group album & hooked up wit Jay (Stylez Reppa) & Karl (Loony) and formed the collective ‘Outa City Committee’ (O.C.C). The collective consists of 4 members now: 3 rappers (Real, Stylez Reppa & Looney) and 1 producer (Soulone).

We make all the beats and record all the lyrics from our home studio. In the past year we have made an album together focusing on life in Kent from our perspective… our struggles, joys, and just general life around our area.

The good thing about our music is, because we all come from different backgrounds & cultures, we can cover a wide range of music styles & topics to make it more interesting & original.

This album was the first OCC album made back in 2005. Hope you enjoy it!
