ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The engaging pastoral atmospherics and texturalized rhythms organized in sound for both previous Overflower releases take a significant and sophisticated step forward with the new release Water On Mars.

Recorded live at Ivy Lane Studio by Tyler Minnis in the most ambient method possible, Water On Mars sees Overflower advancing its orchestral writing and arranging within a modern rock framework.

Together three years now, the communication between team members borders on the telepathic. The group has thus solidified its sound and vision and smoothed, but not altogether soothed, its roughly-honed edges.

We invite you to travel with us on this journey to musical destinations unknown-until now.

Beautiful!
I listened to the entire CD in one sitting. When it was over, I wanted more.
