This is an awesome cd. I've had it for a couple of years now, and I always have it ready to pop into my car stereo. His voice has this great low, gritty quality that draws you in and makes you want to hear more---he's the real deal for sure. Excellent songwriting and guitar playing, and I haven't even mentioned the talented artists who make up his band. I really can't say enough about this cd.

Kevin's a well kept secret in many parts, & that's a damn shame. This guy's one hell of a songwriter, and musician. I'd classify this as roots rock, with a great soulful, beefy sound. There's not a bad tune here, and I really look forward to his future stuff. You realize there's too many overated artists out there when you see some honest dudes like this guy getting overlooked. You can't go wrong with this one.
