Album Notes
Pale Blue Lights is a rock'n'roll band with a heavy nod to the blues from Atlanta, GA. The band changed from the Blue Stone Society to Pale Blue Lights after some lineup changes, including the addition of lead singer Emily Libman. The songs come in many styles and that diversity is a trademark of the band. Pale Blue Lights still features the songwriting of Mark Phelps, and the release of "the Shift EP" shows off the new band plus PBL's take on their most requested cover, Prince's "When Doves Cry."

"Mark Phelps' honesty is what makes the Blue Stone Society's 'Our Day Has Yet to Come' stand out so much...This album will increase your feel good quotient, as well as your IQ." -- Dan MacIntosh,, on Mark's former band, the Blue Stone Society
