Giraffe Techniques Meditation & Healing
This is a wonderful CD to listen to whether you want to meditate, find healing or just have some quiet time. I started listening to this CD on my daily walks, and found it very relaxing and made my walking easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this CD to everyone as we all need to find time to stop and relax and do something good for ourselves. She has given us all a great gift of herself.

Giraffe Techniques
I have listened to this CD many times. It is a great stress reliever, and leaves you feeling incredibly light and calm. There is good information, Pamela's voice is soft and gentle, and the music is peaceful. It is wonderful to use before going to sleep at night. The combination of guided meditation, a time of reflection with just music, and then the finish with another guided meditation makes it very effective. Enjoy!
