ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
BIOGRAPHY:

I am Wayne Pascall and I produce some of my music under the artist name "Wayne Pascall Acappella." I render my music in the style of contemporary acappella, using the human voice and anatomy to produce all sounds. I write and compose most of my recorded music based on life events and experiences which I like to express in rhythmic harmonies and syncopations. Some of my songs are composed straight from The Holy Bible and others are adaptations of popular inspirational and secular songs.

While growing up, I was exposed to a wide variety of music, especially from the Caribbean. Now, I enjoy using the human voice to produce acappella in several styles and genres. Though my influences for singing acappella came from artists like Bobby McFerrin, Rockapella, The Nylons, Acappella, Fairfield Four and Take 6 just to name a few, I have developed my own style through the years.

Originally a bass singer for previous acappella groups, I began publishing my music on The Internet as a solo artist in 2001. I have a background in singing, ministry, leading the church choir and teaching music theory. While providing some elements of entertainment, the main purpose of my music is to minister unto others in the form of artistic expression while bringing glory to Almighty God. My you enjoy the selections and be blessed!

THIS CD:

All the music in this album is rendered from The Book of Ecclesiastes in the Holy Bible using the human voice and anatomy. This is one of my favorite books in the Bible for its practical applications to life, its wisdom and its answers to life's deepest questions. King Solomon, blessed by God with more wisdom than any man who lived on the earth, answers these questions, such as "Why am I here?" "What gives true satisfaction?" "What is the meaning of life?".

I invite you to plug in with me to the wisdom of this ancient literature, very relevant and applicable to our modern times. I have rendered the songs in many different genres. May you be blessed as I was in singing them. Peace!
