Exciting and engaging
I've enjoyed each of the albums put out by Patricia Julien and her husband Alec, and this one does not disappoint. The tunes are easy to listen to, yet exciting and creative. The quality of the playing is top notch. For those who've grown tired of jazz flute playing in which the tone is just downright lousy, you will find Patricia's playing refreshingly consistent and beautiful. Highly recommended!
