ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
On Saturday, March 5, 2011, Paul Lloyd Warner, the composer the HEALING CIRCLE MUSIC, gave a concert via Skype to a group of people who were attending a conference on the Big Island of Hawaii. After an hour, he took a short break and returned to his keyboards to play a piece for piano and ethereal strings. Paul was so moved during this performance that tears came to his eyes while playing the music. Later that evening, he listened to it back and realized that the music had all the healing qualities he desired. At the time, Saturday, March 5th, 2011, he did not know why he chose to record this composition after the Skype conference was over, but then, just a few days later, on the following Friday in Japan, the earthquake and tsunami wrecked the northeast coast of Japan.

Paul then understood why he had recorded THE CIRCLE OF HEALING for piano a few days earlier. He then put together an anthology of some of his most healing and inspired music from various albums and organized HEALING CIRCLE MUSIC as an album to comfort people in need, and those who have suffered terrible trauma as a result of natural disasters.

Earnings from HEALING CIRCLE MUSIC will go to help victims of natural disasters. The composer will donate all income from sales, publishing rights, and distribution to the people who have been affected by natural disasters, now and in the future.

The first composition, the one referred to above: THE CIRCLE OF HEALING, is one of the artist's most beautiful and soft healing pieces. The fact that it was recorded before the earthquake in Japan is remarkable and it needs to be enjoyed by many. The other compositions on this album, such as MOTHER EARTH, for violin and orchestra, RAPTURE, for flute and orchestra, PRAYER FOR THE WORLD, and THE LOVE SONG for piano and orchestra, are a few of Paul Lloyd Warner's most acclaimed compositions. Each composition is a work of art and will bring many hours of listening pleasure to anyone who loves beauty and healing in music.
