Album Notes
BETWEEN FREINDS began in 03' when my friend, producer Mike Mayeux suggested I do a project where I wrote songs for singers I'd known and admired in my years of playing music in New Orleans, around the country.
Susan cowsill sings a sadly beautiful version of Mexico and then a silly bit of fun on the song itty bitty on which she sang with her children.
the great New orleans jazz singer John Boutte sings Wake Up which is written by myself and Mark Bryan from Hootie and the Blowfish.
Kevin Griffin of Better the Ezra sings Someone Again with a string qarte arranged by Mark Mullins.
Daruis Rucker who can sing country, rock or big band music gives a soulful take on Something Here.
