Album Notes
Patricia Brady-Danzig was born in Albany, NY, of Irish parents, Michael Joseph Brady and Elizabeth Darcy Brady. Her father emigrated to the United States from Scariff, County Clare, and her mother from Leix, Queens County.

Of her Irish recording, Miss Brady-Danzig says: " My entire childhood was spent listening to and performing Irish songs and jigs. Earliest memories are of my ears being attuned to the soft lilt of the Irish speech. A great culture was bequeathed to me, and it has been my joy throughout my career to render the beautiful songs of my ancestors."

An earlier interest in music and performance has been re-ignited in the soul of this new woman. She graduated from the College of St. Rose in Albany, NY, earning a Masters Degree in Music and was eventually sought after for her dazzling lyric soprano by numerous regional opera companies before devoting herself to motherhood and marriage.

Now, this Irish-American beauty has rekindled her talent with all the charm and complexity that only a woman of experience can summon. In concert tours throughout the United States, Europe and South America she has thrilled audiences with her galvanic interpretations of the classics as well as touching the hearts of all with her much beloved renditions of Irish fold songs.

Patricia, also known as "The Irish Nightingale," is a lyric soprano and International recording artist. Her Irish Festival tours have taken her to Florida, Rhode Island, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, and to Dingle County Kerry and the Rose of Tralee Festival in Tralee, Ireland.

Patricia has recorded four CDs, "Sharing," "Irish Jubilee," "A Woman's Life In Love," and "From Romania With Love."
