An ecelctic mix of smooth-sounding original acoustic contemporary country, soft rock, blues, and jazz guitar and vocals.

All about loves, some that were unrequited and bittersweet, some that were uptempo and just fun.

Some stories really happened, some I made up, but they're all true about my life in some way.

Among the comments so far, "beautiful voice," "reminds me of Gordon Lightfoot," "great guitar work, I hear some Leo Kottke in there," "these are complex, rich songs," "it's in the regular shuffle in my car player," "I'm sharing it with all my friends," "I want more copies to give as Christmas presents," "I play it over and over," and "great job, son" (thanks Mom!)...

I'll take a "not bad" from a high school kid anyday...

A music industry guy said these songs weren't "current" enough for him, that it was a "good 70s' singer-songwriter" sound, but he wasn't looking for that.

I was miffed at first, but that's exactly what this collection is.

My wife said it was just 20 years late...
