Album Notes
Over the past 18 years I’ve had the privilege of performing roughly 2,500 times in 35 states, usually just me and my guitar. This is the first of my records to reflect the sound I’ve adopted in my solo shows. I wrote all the songs but I feel like they came, one at a time, from several different sources: many came out of “western tours” which took place from 2010 through ’13, and hopefully will continue; a few were included on previous albums complete with a backing band and are rearranged here; three were co-writes; three were the product of writing songs for the theater; a couple were recorded by other artists, but never by me; and the majority have never been released in any form.

Thanks to family, friends, listeners, the venues I play, supporters in press, radio and elsewhere, the muses and you.
