Middle of the Road

by Plaid Pantry Project

The first, full-album release that started it all 1995. Controversy surrounded the artist and the convenient stores. Front page articles in major newspapers brought this awesome album into the regional/national limelight. Sounds "candy-sweet." Must Have

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
'Middle of the Road' was the first full-length national release by Andy Pribhol and the Plaid Pantry Project. Youthful exuberance is thick on this record. It's a perfect summer soundtrack. This album gives listeners a clear view into Andy's creativity and ability as a drummer, guitarist, bassist and vocalist. While typically writing and recording all the instruments himself, this album brings in other musicians from Portland & Seattle for guest cameos. This record really shines and gives credence to why the attention was given to this record to begin with.
Guests Include: Drummer Alex Russell (Molly Cliff) on songs 'Shout' and 'Hangin out at Reed'. Bryan Ronshaugen (forehead, Pond, Herkemer, Old Mil) plays guitar and vocals on songs 'Tender Gator' 'Shout' and 'Hangin Out at Reed'. Bass player extraordinaire Joey Williams (The Decliners and forehead) plays on 'Tender Gator'. He is our brother and deeply missed (1969-2010).
