Deliciously retro new wave without sounding like you've heard it before
I got hip to PP months ago while working with J. Chaos and only continue to get drawn into the PP magic with each listen. This is music that stamps an era in a way certain songs can put you in an exact time and place. PP is one of those bands that you could stumble upon one night at a club quite accidentally and leave with their reverberations for months after.

Elements of the e.p. remind me of the minimalist approach of early Gang Of Four/Mission of Burma and the pop sensibilities of guilty pleasure '80's acts like Missing Persons and Berlin.

How can you go wrong? You spend twice as much on Starbucks in a day. But the f**king CD already.

Reminds me of H.S. lyrics made to modern times!
The first track on this cd reminds me of Lost love and longing. Yes, the obvious! Understandably, the music is dark yet it does not drag or lose my interest. In comparison to when Arcade Fire was up and coming, lots of music lovers of 80's influence Plastic Passion has that same element. Where like a strong Brandy warms your heart and mind, it also captures the essence of all that is elusive without being overwhelming and juvenile. I enjoyed the tracks but the strongest one for me is track one.

One can only sum it up, if I can close my eyes and see the lyrics, bleed them, and watch a video (while my eyes are closed) then it is good. Most music nowadays is way too commercial and that is what is different about Plastic P.

BAD ASS M.F. BAND
This band kicks ass. It's not too often anymore that one hears a band that has that unique quality to their music. Keep doing what you're doing.

Urban Assault Radio

9 out of 10 Ohmz of Urban Assault Radio
this is the best ep since sliced bread. Great songwriting and very raw. this is what the alternative scene has been needing for a while. A back to basic approach at music.
I give it a 9 out of 10

the best band ever
The music of this band is the finest from an upcoming band I have heard in quite sometime. The lyrical styling in the song writing is outstanding and the melody that goes along with it is orgasmic. I go to all their shows. They are really great. The songs are heart felt and contain alot of substance. Really good buy.
