Out With a Whimper

by Poingly

The follow up to Poingly's "I Suck." devolves from the electro-punk origins of the first album into an embrace of pop stylings. A healthy dose of robot voice and pitch corrected vocals ensue.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
It's been a long time coming, hasn't it?

How many years since the release of "I Suck?" Six? Seven? Who's counting? Various Poingly songs and projects have gone online in the meantime, but none were quite as official as this. "Out with a Whimper" serves as the official follow up to "I Suck." These songs have been poured over, re-recorded, and polished to a shine. Then all that professional sounding stuff was ditched and the first take was used instead with a quick one-night-turn-around mastering.

It's the same Poingly you love, but with slightly fewer guitars and slightly more pitch corrected vocals.
