Album Notes
The Title for this Cd presented itself to me late one night when sleep would not come. The thought of turning on the bedside light and reading the current novel of choice did not seem to inviting, So after a few moments of pondering I decided to grab the scented red candle off the window sill and proceeded to spend the next hour stumbling around my little house snapping photos in the flickering glow of trinkets, figurines and knick knacks that I have nested over the years in my endless thrift store and garage sale wanderings.
Hence the name Portraits by Candlelight.
When all was said and done and hints of sleepiness returned I had a collection of perhaps 25 to 30 photos and I must say
i feel they came out looking pretty cool. One of these days, if I ever get around to putting up a web page I will post them all.
In due time my pretty, in due time.
If this music finds you it I hope it brings you some pleasure.
I would like to thank my good friend John Morrison for his prose and his beautifully rich voice on the two spoken word tracks.
