ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Push to Start’s second studio album showcases the band’s progression as they have matured over the past two years. Redline blends the original pop-rock sound of their first album with a more developed and progressive edge highlighted with piano and string arrangements.

Redline showcases the band’s transition and growth while they underwent a transformation in 2009, moving then guitarist Gabe Pilla to bass, as well as the addition of Dan Tracy as lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist/keyboardist. The new lineup, including Nathan Hieb on drums and Evan Hansen on lead guitar, gave the band new direction and inspiration which immediately resulted in the culmination of their sophomore album.

The resulting songs include elements of modern rock, pop-rock, funk, and even a little music theater. The album will take you from adrenaline-pounding highs to soul-searching lows with its infectious melodies and catchy rhythms you won’t soon forget.
