ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
QuiveringLip started by accident, we started jamming together for shits and giggles. We sounded alright, and we enjoyed it, so we carried on. I bought a loop pedal, purely because I wanted to learn Give Up The Ghost by Radiohead. It was purely by chance that I worked out I could make full backing tracks by making one big ‘loop’.

When we started writing songs I never deemed any of my efforts good enough and we just played covers. But we started to enjoy the process, so we wrote some more.

We took a different approach with this new single as we wanted to get something done and out quickly. The main backing track is QL's own from their live set, fully sequenced virtually note by note into a Roland RC30. We loaded that into the system, layered in guitars, piano and vocals (including backing vocals from special guest J) then turned everything up to 11.
