Album Notes
Wordsmith Q.Z.Tha Leader makes Compelling, thought provoking, hip-hop that showcases his lyrical and raw rhyming ability. A native of Biloxi, MS, Q.Z.Tha Leader released The Rise After The fall in 2009 which made a considerable buzz on the interwebs. He paired up with R&B singer J-5ive to form the R&B and Hip-Hop Group Tha In Crowd. Together the duo released a EP entitled the "All Black Affair" and later signed to the indie label to release their debut album, Balance of Power. The album climbed the charts on itunes summer 2012. Countless shows, and performances later, Q.Z. is ready to get back to where it all started. Hip-Hop. This release boasts some catchy underground hits like Miss Da Vinci, and Black Russian just to name a few. Hip-Hop seems to be a dieing artform, but Q.Z.is doing his part in trying to ressurect the genre.
