Yoga Nidra is a body rotation technique. It is used for deep relaxation and stress management. You will be guided to progressively relax the body, breath and mind. In this state, profound physical healing takes place as you experience the depth of your own inner peace.

Best relaxation CD
A wonderful relaxing CD guided by the calm and soothing voice of Rachel Hanrahan. I was having trouble sleeping and this CD really helped. A good range of track lengths from 10 - 30 mins. I'd highly recommend this.
