ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Stride is the third CD release from singer songwriter-songwriter, Mark Ransom, and his first effort in the studio with a full band.

On this record Ransom introduces voicings beyond his acoustic-guitar roots--including organ, electric guitar, horns, steel guitar, percussion and a beautiful harmony compliment to his story-like vocals from singer Colleen Cordis.

While the songs are more produced than on his previous acoustic records, the songwriting is still thoughtful and well-crafted, and the groove down-to-earth and organic.

very good. interesting & easy listening. need more colleen cordis.
okay, colleen's harmony vocals need to come out way more. also, there needed to be 1 more song where she sings lead.
