ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes

*******
On his first album (winner of the Western Canadian Music Award for Francophone Recording of the Year), Raphaël Freynet has developed his own brand of intoxicating indie pop-rock. His exquisite melodies and Brit-rock-tinged voice project a compelling mix of boldness and reverie. The album features ten original songs - two of which are in english - written around the themes of the journeys that we need to take, and the roots that tie us back to the places we call home.
