Many, Many Miles

by Tutaj

The Tutaj brothers; Ray and Kevin, capture that feeling of the 1970's rock era. An emphasis on rich guitar, harmonies, catchy melodies, and the craft of fine songwriting. A modern and fresh feel for the best era of soft rock.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
My brother, Kevin (the drummer) and I, team up once again, and empty our heart, soul and minds into this project. All the years of my experience with music have culminated into these productions, which I feel are my absolute best in the art of songwriting. I have never forgotten my roots, which are embedded in the rock era of the late 60's and 1970's. I wore out the 8-tracks of the Beatles Greatest hits, the Beach Boys, Simon and Garfunkel, Three Dog Night, the Eagles, Boston, and so many, many more.I believe, one would have to have lived through the decade of the 1970's to be able to recapture, and re-create in a fresh new, inviting, way, all those feelings and emotions in which the music gave us from that time. I was a young boy and teen in the 1970's, and steeped into learning guitar at the time, and it helped to shape and mold my musical tastes. I spent countless hours strumming chords to the Eagles Greatest hits album and learning the lead guitar lines of the hottest hits of the mid-to-late 1970's. I was intrigued with the art of songwriting and what it takes to make a hit song. I never lost the passion or drive to create music. Much like a Beethoven-madman, with fingers running through my long, disheveled hair, I kept at it until these songs came to life, and every note, chord and harmony was in it's proper place. With the help of my brother, Kevin Tutaj, on Drums and percussion, we have created one of the finest recordings we have ever done together, and hopefully one of the finest you have heard in a long time. This is our fourth album together. We have traveled many, many miles to bring you our finest sounds to YOU! I thank Kevin for the time and efforts he also put into the mastering of the album. Now sit back and enjoy. Put on some headphones if you can and hear the 1970's feel, with a sure mix of inspiration from the best music of the 80's and 90's too. No matter what age group you fall into, if you appreciate a refreshing sound that is not associated with all the noise the world is putting out, then you will find these tunes pleasing. We appreciate YOU the fan and the customer!
Ray Tutaj Jr: Guitars, Bass, Keyboard, Vocals, Lyrics
Kevin Tutaj: Drums and percussion and mastering.
