ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This EP is the 3rd studio effort from singer-songwriter Ray Wroten. His music mixes many genre into a gumbo of that is easy to appreciate and groove to. His songs mix soul, funk, and blues with elements of third wave ska and 90's alternative. Big pop choruses and great riffs on guitar and sax and a fun melody throughout this record. This is by far Wroten's most manicured album so far.

The album was produced in Baltimore by Jerome Maffeo and Ray Wroten over the summer of 2018. The EP features Alex Watts on drums, George Cowan and Kevin Cooper on lead guitars, Nathan Royer on bass, Junior Bryce on sax, and Charles Kavoossi on backing vocals.

Only clocking in at 25 minutes its quick but extremely fun to put on repeat. It features the first single "Give Her Love" which has a slick saxophone riff and funky ska feel as well as the anthemic crowd chanter "100 Times". It's a great windows down album and an excellent addition to anyone who is fans of Wroten's previous material or his work in Bond & Bentley.
