" West Virginia Strong" Lyrics:

Mountain mamma
I know that you're crying
The floods have taken homes & people's loved ones are dying
Mountain mamma
I know that you're trying
The floods have taken hope & people are askin God why

But we'll rise up
And help out
There's a strength whenever mountaineers stand

Oh don't you know that
When you lose your fight
We will take care of our own, oh we'll be the first line
Country roads take me to the place I belong
Oh cause we're West Virginia strong
Oh cause we're West Virginia strong

Mountain mamma
Oh what do you say
We're rebuilding our homes & families every day
Mountain mamma
You taught us to fight
And you told us that no matter what, no ones left behind

Country roads
Country roads
We're West Virginia strong
