Album Notes
Reunion is exquisitely vulnerable one moment and soaring the next with down home songs that are effortless and absolutely enjoyable to be swept up in, a delightful and satisfying Folk Rock/Americana musical ride. From bittersweet stories of letting go to dreaming of better times ahead, Folsom emerges 4 years after her last album like a phoenix carrying a bright light of hope, redemption and liberation.

An ecstatic blend of original music, art, and poetry! Each song has one of Rebecca’s paintings and poems to accompany it. Your CD includes a booklet with all of the Poems and a fold out with the Paintings. Featured artists on the CD include Tim O’Brien, Nick Forester, John Magnie of the Subdudes, Greg Garrison from Leftover Salmon, Richie Furay to name a few.

Born and raised in the foothills of Boulder, CO Rebecca embodies the free spirit that comes from running and singing on the open space trails in the front yard of the Rockies since she took her first childhood steps. Appreciating all things that invoke happiness, her work of all mediums offers a fiery blend of the spiritual, the sensual and the uplifting. Rebecca received her BFA in Fine Arts at CU, has published two poetry books, and has been a touring musician for over 15 years. Her song “Girls Like Us” went to #4 on the National Roots/American radio charts, top 50 on college Radio and top 40 on the Roots/Americana charts for a full year.
