For fans of experimental music, RedASLA throws open the doors to possibility, drawing from contemporary classical and avant garde thinking as well as the digital/electronic worlds of thought. Pricking the imagination with real innovation and vivid sound imagery, their self-titled twelve-track album takes the ears, mind and whole brain on quite a memorable adventure. Leaving an overall impression of abstraction, yet with clearly manifested shapes and lighting, the album encompasses the whole sound spectrum, from sharp edges to blurred lines, bubbling and gurgling to quiet pockets of calm. Truly, this is a feast for the imagination.
